Flintworks is seeking a junior AI Data Analyst to join its growing analytics practice. You will collect, clean, and analyze data, build interactive dashboards, and help drive data-driven decisions using AI-assisted tools.

You will work with cross-functional teams, engage in ETL and data visualization, and contribute to predictive analytics while developing your skills in cloud platforms and modern BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience (bootcamps, portfolio projects, academic work count).
• Experience with AI-powered data tools and analytics practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs.
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate data exploration, anomaly detection, and insight generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Support data warehousing and ETL pipeline processes.
• Create compelling data visualizations and storytelling presentations for stakeholders.
• Prepare analytical and trend reports with clear recommendations.
• Contribute to predictive analytics initiatives using statistical methods.
• Document data processes, models, and findings.
