Job summary

Marbill Technologies, a remote-first BI team within Luna Group, is seeking a Power BI Analyst to build and optimize reporting for finance, risk, and operations. You will model data, create DAX measures, and craft robust dashboards across sources, ensuring accuracy and timely insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), Data Modeling (Star Schema), and Power BI Service.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and data transformation for reporting.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and user-centric dashboard design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to work in Agile environments with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Build and maintain data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
• Work with SQL and different data sources to extract, validate, and analyze data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into BI solutions.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor and improve existing reports, datasets, and refresh processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Architect and maintain N8N workflows to enhance our product's intelligence.
