Ideal candidates speak fluent English, with a professional accent, and a track record of meeting sales targets in full-cycle roles. This is a full-time remote position.

Insurance Sales Representative - Remote | Full-Time | North American Market

Calls Experts is looking for an experienced Sales Agent to join our remote team.

This is a full-cycle insurance sales role. You will receive inbound calls from qualified prospects interested in Life or Health Insurance and be responsible for handling the conversation, overcoming objections, and closing the sale.

What we're looking for

• Experience in sales closing, inbound sales, insurance sales, or full-cycle sales
• Proven ability to convert prospects and close deals
• Fluent English with excellent spoken communication
• Clear, professional accent
• Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics

Compensation

• $3 USD/hour starting base pay
• Base can increase up to $5 USD/hour based on performance
• Up to $1,000 USD/month in performance bonuses

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 days/week
• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time (New York Time)
• Occasional weekend shifts may be required; approved weekend hours are paid as overtime

Requirements

• Laptop/Desktop, CPU benchmark 6,000+
• 12 GB RAM minimum
• Windows 11 or Mac with M1 or newer
• USB headset
• Fiber Optic internet
• Minimum 30 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload
