Northern California Behavioral Health System in California is seeking an Inpatient Group Facilitator (Per Diem, Part-Time, Full-Time) to lead therapeutic groups for acute psychiatric inpatients, adults and adolescents. The role supports the interdisciplinary team, providing evidence-based interventions to promote stabilization and discharge readiness.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Lead therapeutic, coping skills, relapse prevention, and psychoeducational groups
• Chart patient participation, engagement, and progress in the EHR within California Title 22 timeframes
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to align group topics with treatment goals
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and use de-escalation techniques as needed
• Focus group interventions on symptom management and transition planning back into the community
• Comply with HIPAA and LPS guidelines
• Uphold professional boundaries and organizational ethics
• Perform related duties as requested
