Santa Rosa Behavioral Healthcare Hospital (SRBHH) seeks a Licensed Inpatient Therapist to provide psycho-therapeutic services for adults and/or adolescents in a unit-based setting. You will lead treatment plan implementation and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant field and two years of behavioral health experience.
• Current associate registration for LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC, or PsyD in good standing.
• Current CPR certification or obtained within orientation period.
• Eligibility to complete CA BBS/BOP Clinical Supervisor requirements within 90 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Complete initial psychosocial assessment within 72 hours of admission.
• Ensure treatment plan requirements are followed and updated weekly.
• Document treatment, interventions, and progress in the medical record.
• Facilitate psychoeducation and groups, with timely group notes.
• Conduct family sessions for adolescents and adults.
• Prepare Release of Information accurately and completely.
• Attend scheduled Social Services/Clinical meetings and provide training to staff.
