Qualifications

• 8+ years in recruiting, executive search, staffing, talent acquisition, or related services.
• 7+ years leading recruiters or teams.
• 5+ years owning complex customer relationships with land-and-expand experience.
• 8+ years in sourcing, assessment, strategy, and end-to-end search.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and translating business challenges into talent solutions.
• Experience with proposals, statements of work, pricing, and client-facing presentations.
• Experience managing KPIs, forecasting, and revenue/gross profit objectives.
• Fluent English required.
