Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, staffing, executive search, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing, talent research, candidate identification, screening, or recruiting coordination.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, requisitions, or candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to ATS platforms and recruiting technologies.
• Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Search Process: Manage assigned requisitions from intake through candidate progression, keeping priorities, requirements, activity, and next steps organized.
• Build Talent Pipelines: Research and identify qualified talent across active and passive markets, developing targeted pipelines aligned with each search strategy.
• Turn Requirements into Search Action: Translate customer requirements into practical sourcing approaches, search tactics, and candidate profiles in partnership with recruiters and customer-facing teams.
• Engage Talent with Purpose: Create thoughtful, compelling candidate outreach that reflects the opportunity, the customer, and the broader employment brand.
• Assess Talent with Structure: Conduct structured screens and interviews, document candidate insights, and provide clear information to support recruiter and customer decision‑making.
• Bring Market Intelligence to the Search: Monitor candidate availability, compensation dynamics, competitive talent markets, and search activity to surface relevant insights and adjust recruiting tactics when needed.
• Keep Searches Moving: Track pipeline activity, candidate progress, and search milestones while proactively communicating updates, challenges, and opportunities.
• Grow Through Collaboration: Learn from experienced recruiters, contribute to team initiatives, and continuously strengthen your recruiting toolkit, market knowledge, and judgment.
