Kelly® Engineering is seeking an Operations Manager Direct Hire to lead large-scale operations across multiple markets in a highly regulated environment. The role offers strategic oversight, the ability to drive initiatives, and the management of high-performing teams while ensuring safety and compliance.

Open to candidates outside the US Territory who are available to relocate, with a salary range starting at USD 175,000 plus benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is required.
• Master's in Business Administration or Operations Management is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in leadership roles.
• Experience in regulated environments and commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for operational teams across multiple locations.
• Ensure safe, efficient, reliable, and compliant operations.
• Manage operational and capital budgets, driving cost optimization and service excellence.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational transformation projects.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects within timelines and budgets.
