Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform inspections, troubleshooting, and overhauls on gas and steam turbines and generators at client facilities, including power plants and refineries.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 80%) nationally and internationally, performing maintenance and repairs on rotating equipment while ensuring safety and compliance with EHS and quality standards.

Qualifications

• A technical degree in Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechanics, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience with rotating equipment.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, and assemble gas and steam turbines and generators.
• Work independently or in a team to meet maintenance objectives.
• Identify issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
• Maintain records of inspections and equipment condition.
