Job summary

Siemens Energy Venezuela is seeking an EHS Professional to strengthen Environmental, Health & Safety programs across field operations. You will standardize processes, drive compliance, and promote a culture of safety with operational teams in Venezuela.

You will conduct audits, support incident investigations, deliver training, and collaborate to improve EHS performance across supported sites in the Gas Services segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in an EHS role within industrial, energy, field services, or O&M environments.
• Experience implementing EHS programs, audits, incident investigations, compliance management, and CAPA follow-up.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, occupational hygiene, risk assessment, JSA, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, investigation, stakeholder management, and safety training skills with ability to drive improvements.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish; OSHA 30-Hour General Industry, HAZWOPER, or ISO 14001/45001 auditor certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment and standardization of EHS programs, procedures, and documentation across field operations.
• Partner with Service Operations teams to implement EHS initiatives and ensure Siemens Energy standards.
• Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and compliance assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead or support incident investigations, root cause analyses, and CAPA tracking.
• Develop and deliver EHS training focused on risk assessment, JSA, and emergency preparedness.
• Analyze EHS performance metrics and promote continuous improvement across sites.
