Formación

Responsabilidades

• Protect health and safety of personnel and the environment.

• Ensure contracts and quotations are understood and maximized.
• Coordinate and monitor job activities across boundaries.
• Schedule and dispatch resources per job requirements.
• Serve as primary customer contact for preparation, execution, and close-out.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure success and satisfaction.
• Familiarize with MOC and escalation processes.
• Escalate risks to customer objectives promptly.
• Coordinate operational activities for safe, efficient service execution.
• Ensure invoices align with contracts and quotations.
• Prevent revenue leakage through accurate billing.
• Support timely cash collection and contract performance.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
