Siemens Energy in Maracaibo, Venezuela, seeks a Client Service Representative to support customers by preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the order cycle.

You will work closely with customers, engineering, manufacturing, and other internal teams to meet cycle time, pricing, and margin objectives, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Associate Degree or higher preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting customers, quotations, order management, or related commercial activities.
• Advanced English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare formal bids and proposals using available systems and tools to generate quotations and process customer orders.
• Participate in customer negotiations related to pricing, delivery improvements, and non-standard terms and conditions.
• Initiate engineering reviews and updates to support customer‑specific requirements.
• Manage quote and order activities, including pricing, delivery commitments, margins, order entry, credits, returns, and customer concerns.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to resolve delivery and scheduling challenges through drawing revisions, alternate materials, and process improvements.
• Establish lead times and provide alternative delivery solutions by collaborating with planners, buyers, manufacturing personnel, and suppliers.
