Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in technical-commercial roles within Oil & Gas, energy or engineering sectors.
• Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Participation in public and private bidding processes.
• Experience in technical negotiations with industrial clients.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications.
• Cost analysis and budgeting experience.
• Technical and commercial risk management.
• Knowledge of sector standards and regulations.
• Experience using CRM systems and commercial planning tools.
• Basic financial analysis skills (margin, ROI, costs).

Aufgaben

• Analyze the market and identify opportunities aligned with the commercial strategy.
• Evaluate technical, financial, and strategic feasibility before bids.
• Register and manage opportunities in the corporate CRM system.
• Review tender documents and requirements; identify deviations and risks.
• Request clarifications from clients when needed.
• Develop technical proposals with Engineering, ensuring standards compliance.
• Define scope, deliverables, assumptions, and technical requirements.
• Estimate costs and prepare structured budgets.
• Apply margins per policy and include risk contingencies.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Finance to validate proposals.
• Participate in internal bid reviews and client meetings.
• Ensure final contract reflects the approved proposal and lead handovers to project teams.
• Analyze bids to identify improvements and contribute to better estimation methods.
