Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in content writing, communications, or a related role preferred.
• Strong written communication skills with an ability to write for a general public audience on legal topics.
• Comfortable using or learning a CMS (WordPress), social media scheduling tools, and basic design tools like Canva.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a recurring weekly content calendar.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred, given the firm's bilingual client base.

Responsibilities

• Content Production: Draft and schedule weekly content, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain content standards and brand consistency across all public-facing materials.
• SME Coordination: Coordinate with attorneys or staff subject matter experts to gather input for content topics and ensure accuracy.
• Content Repurposing: Repurpose firm updates, case results (where appropriate), and announcements into marketing content.
• Asset Management: Maintain content files and image assets in an organized, easy-to-locate file structure.
• Campaign Support: Support digital campaigns with written copy and visuals as needed.
