Protecnium, an international firm in engineering and technical services, seeks a Talent Acquisition Assistant to support recruitment for heavy civil construction projects in Spain and abroad (USA, UK, Australia, Canada). The role is 100% in the office in Mérida, with Friday afternoons remote, starting November 2026 for 2–4 months, with potential extension.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in HR/psychology, some recruiting experience, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS, and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar field.
• Some experience in Recruiting/ Talent Acquisition/ Human Resources.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR softwares.
• Advanced English (B2-C1) required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide recruitment support for vacancies across heavy civil construction projects in Spain and internationally.
• Post job openings on sourcing platforms and screen resumes.
• Conduct language filters and identify qualified candidates for active searches.
• Update candidate databases and ATS; refine CV formatting.
• Develop and maintain a talent pool for various roles.
