InAir, a fully remote consulting firm with a Texas footprint, seeks a Solutions Consultant to own architectural design and delivery of Airtable-based business systems. You will blend Solutions Architect duties with Delivery Manager responsibilities, translating complex enterprise workflows into scalable relational databases.

As part of a remote team, you will lead discovery sessions, set client expectations, manage scope and timelines, and ensure data integrity across implementations.

Formación

• Mastery of relational database theory, ERDs, and data normalization for enterprise apps.
• Experience as Solutions Architect, Technical PM, or Delivery Consultant with client-facing leadership.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements for Airtable builds.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code ecosystems and project delivery practices.

Responsabilidades

• Solution Architecture: design data models, schemas, automations, and interfaces that are scalable and secure.
• Client Ownership: lead discovery sessions and manage expectations, translating business goals into technical requirements.
• Project Delivery: manage scope, priorities, and timelines, coordinating day‑to‑day with an Engineer.
• Systems Design: evaluate and improve Airtable implementations for data integrity and alignment with client objectives.
