THE/STUDIO is hiring a data-focused builder to own data across the organization. You will ship dashboards, automated pipelines, and real-time alerts, working with our engineering and Automation Engineer to connect and automate the data ecosystem.

You’ll expose process timestamps, diagnose bottlenecks, and develop AI-first workflows to accelerate development and enable non-technical managers to operate tools.

Formación

• Hands-on fluency with SQL and cloud data warehouses.
• Experience building dashboards and data pipelines.
• Ability to ship end-to-end solutions without formal specs.

Responsabilidades

• Architect the AI Data Engine and real-time querying interface.
• Build automated pipelines and dashboards with minimal manual pulling.
• Deploy real-time alerts for process breakdowns and deviations.
• Expose timestamps across platforms to identify bottlenecks.
• Engineer workflow automations linking data sources to reporting tools.
• Fix data quality issues at the source.
