BairesDev seeks a seasoned SQL Server Database Architect to transform a proprietary internal application. You will redesign and refactor for performance, migrate from on-prem SQL Server to Azure, and collaborate with .NET/Blazor teams to modernize the data stack.

This role focuses on secure, high‑performance databases, table‑driven rules, and scalable architecture, with remote work and a competitive USD compensation package.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in database architecture or engineering.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with C#/.NET.
• Experience with Blazor for collaboration on front-end and backend integration.
• Strong background in database performance tuning, including indexing, execution plans, and normalization.
• Experience with stored procedure refactoring and data architecture design.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain secure, high-performance SQL Server databases.
• Refactor existing stored procedures into modular, maintainable logic in code.
• Work on a table-driven rules engine to centralize sizing and configuration logic.
• Collaborate closely with .NET and Blazor developers to improve backend integration.
• Ensure best practices in data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Plan and support the migration to Azure-based database services.
