Nuclear M&T Training Developer (Remote)
Job summary
A leading workforce solutions provider is looking for a Nuclear Mechanical Maintenance Developer/Instructor to develop training programs for nuclear mechanical maintenance. This fully remote position requires strong expertise in training processes and compliance with various regulations. The ideal candidate has a solid background in commercial power plants and military nuclear experience. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders and contributes to regulatory compliance and effective training within the organization.

Qualifications
- 2 years of commercial power plant experience in a nuclear mechanical maintenance discipline.
- Military nuclear experience of 4 years or more.
- Excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Develops Maintenance & Technical (M&T) training processes and procedures.
- Develops a strategy for training program initial accreditation.
- Revises training programs based on design changes and regulatory requirements.
- Prepares trainee examination material and evaluations.
