JOB DESCRIPTION

The TPRM Implementation Specialist is responsible for leveraging best-in-class implementation practices to successfully onboard Ncontracts clients. This role manages project tasks to ensure the timely completion of key milestones, collaborates with team members to facilitate accurate system conversions, and provides consultative guidance on Ncontracts’ products and services to effectively meet clients’ business requirements.

A successful Implementation Specialist demonstrates a strong client focus. They establish immediate rapport, quickly understand client needs, and tactfully address challenges while driving implementations forward. They also bring strong influencing skills to help clients fully adopt and utilize Ncontracts, maximizing business productivity, client satisfaction, and long-term retention.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Lead client transitions from existing systems to the Ncontracts product suite, ensuring smooth conversions through effective client service and change management.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and subject matter expert on the Ncontracts product suite, building strong relationships based on trust and clear expectations.
  • Conduct client training sessions via phone, web, or in person to support adoption and success.
  • Analyze client needs, recommend solutions, and proactively consult and advise on best practices and process changes to ensure implementation goals are achieved.
  • Ensure client requirements and objectives are well defined, documented, and understood by the project team.
  • Maintain accurate project status in Ncontracts’ project management system to keep projects on track and completed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with leadership, support teams, and sales partners to align client expectations, address issues, and provide product expertise.
  • Continuously improve the implementation process to enhance client experience, satisfaction, and retention, including recommending advancements in project management practices and methodologies.
  • Transition clients to ongoing Client Support resources upon successful implementation.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2 years prior implementation or training experience required
  • Experience working in Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management and/or Lending Compliance roles preferred
  • Knowledge of Ncontracts’ solutions a plus
  • Demonstrated proficiency with PC software with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite and web tools for conferencing and training
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage project completion with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively independently and on project teams

Compensation Information

Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $60,000 to $70,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
