Brief Job Overview
The pharmaceutical industry is undergoing a transformation driven by rapid acceleration of scientific knowledge, advanced manufacturing technologies, emerging analytical testing methods, digital innovations, and the urgent need for supply chain resilience. These forces are reshaping how medicines are developed, manufactured, and delivered domestically and internationally.
USP’s Advanced Manufacturing Technologies (AMT) program is at the forefront of this change, helping the industry make drugs in new ways, test drugs in new ways, and build competitive, secure supply chains. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in converting USP’s scientific and technical expertise into market-ready solutions that accelerate technology adoption, improve medicine quality, and strengthen domestic health security. Your work will directly support USP’s 2030 commitments to expand access to quality medicines through US biopharmaceutical manufacturing, advance digital technologies, and foster sustainability. You will drive innovative, scalable solutions so patients everywhere have reliable access to trusted medicines.
