- Construction Tasks: Execute skilled work such as framing, drywall installation, concrete pouring, masonry, roofing, or finish carpentry.
- Tool Operation: Safely operate hand tools, power tools.
- Installation: Install structural components, windows, doors, siding, or flooring with precision.
- Material Preparation: Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials such as wood, metal, concrete, or drywall with precision.
- Repairs: Perform maintenance or corrective work on existing structures, such as fixing beams or replacing damaged materials.
- Collaboration: Work with other team members to coordinate project phases.
- Site Maintenance: Assist with site cleanup, material handling, and organization to maintain a safe work environment.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve construction related issues.
- Experience: 2+ years in construction or a specific trade (e.g., carpentry, masonry, concrete).
- Skills: Proficiency in one or more construction trades, and use of construction tools/equipment.
