We are currently hiring an ambitious Educational Director with strong leadership skills, looking to use their experience and training to develop children's lives.
$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
We are currently offering a sign-on bonus
- Supervise all daily operations
- Ensure the ongoing delivery of a developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Conduct formal and informal teacher observations
- Provide staff training
- Oversee student assessments
- Review teacher lesson plans
- Ensure the early education center achieves educational goals
- Maintain a regular and proactive method of communication with families
- Oversee marketing efforts to maintain full program enrollment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- New York State Teaching Certification: Birth - 2nd or Grades 1-6
- Master’s Degree preferred, minimum BA/BS Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 2 years classroom experience with children under 6 years-old
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong computer, verbal, and written communication skills
