Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Logistics Laborer (Non-Driver) to support our logistics operations, performing material handling, loading and unloading, and preparing items for shipment within our facilities. You will organize inventory, label and pack, operate basic hand tools and light equipment, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Outdoor work in varying weather is expected. A high school diploma is required, prior experience is a plus, and you must pass a pre-employment drug

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Job Overview

Job Summary: Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a motivated and reliable Logistics Laborer (Non-Driver) to support our logistics operations. This role is responsible for various physical tasks related to material handling, organization, and preparation for transport, ensuring efficient and accurate movement of goods within our facilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading materials from trucks, trailers, and other vehicles using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Assisting with the organization and inventory of materials in warehouses, yards, and staging areas.
• Preparing materials for shipment, including packing, labeling, and securing loads.
• Operating hand tools, power tools, and light equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts - certification not initially required but a plus) as needed to move and manage materials.
• Performing general labor tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Adhering to all safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall operational needs.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a physically demanding role, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or construction environment, is a plus.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs regularly) and stand for extended periods.
