Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Laborer to support construction-site activities. You will perform physically demanding tasks, assist skilled trades, and help keep sites clean and safe.

This role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Responsibilities include loading materials, assisting with trenching and backfilling, erecting scaffolding, and following all safety protocols.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General cleanup and debris removal on construction sites.
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and level earth to grade specifications using hand tools.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks or other conveyances.
• Assist skilled tradespeople by carrying materials, holding tools, and providing general support.
• Prepare and clean surfaces for painting, sealing, or other finishes.
• Operate small hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, and temporary structures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment; store tools/equipment properly.
• Follow safety regulations and wear PPE at all times.
• Flag traffic or direct vehicles to ensure safety.
