Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a reliable Logistics Laborer (Non-Driver) to support our logistics operations. This role handles material loading, inventory, packing, and preparing shipments in our facilities, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

You will work outdoors, wear PPE, and may operate pallet jacks or light equipment. A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physically capable of lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading materials from trucks, trailers, and other vehicles.
• Organizing and inventorying materials in warehouses, yards, and staging areas.
• Preparing materials for shipment, including packing, labeling, and securing loads.
• Operating hand tools, power tools, and light equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed.
• Performing general labor tasks such as sweeping and cleaning.
• Adhering to safety policies and wearing PPE.
• Communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
