Job summary

The Bernard Group Inc. in Chanhassen, MN is seeking a Machine Operator for the Cutting department. You will cut printed materials to exact specifications using a Zund digital die cutter, contributing to high-quality production.

Shifts are 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, Wednesday to Friday (36 hours, rotating every 4 months, with overtime eligibility). You must be detail-oriented, competent with basic computer tasks, and able to work independently to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in printing, print operations, cutting, or machine operations is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Operate Zund cutting machines to form printed materials to customer specifications.
• Perform QC procedures to meet company standards.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning of Zund machinery and equipment.
• Follow shift tasks and ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
