Chuze Fitness in Santee, CA is hiring Fit Pros to lead high-energy, safety-conscious exercise classes and deliver an exceptional member experience. You will guide participants across levels, maintain class flow, and keep equipment organized for each session.

Applicants should hold a CPT certification, excel in motivating groups, and communicate well with teammates. On-site roles include on-going training, team events, and growth opportunities within a dynamic fitness culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, nationally recognized CPT certification.
• Ability to motivate a large group and cue all levels.
• Excellent team-based communication and feedback receptiveness.

Responsabilités

• Lead safe, high-energy classes that build community and confidence.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience with a consistent schedule.
• Onboard, train, and stay updated on class formats and standards.
• Incorporate feedback from leadership to grow skills and outcomes.
