The successful candidate will perform GIS map research, compile property records, and draft communications while coordinating with municipalities nationwide. A minimum of 1 year in zoning is preferred, with strong MS Office and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1+ year zoning experience in an office environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and self-management.

Responsibilities

• Internet-based GIS map research and review zoning ordinances.
• Assist in document collection via telephone, internet, email, and written copy.
• Compose and/or draft correspondence; request property records with follow-up.
• Maintain databases, logs, and spreadsheets to manage workload and deadlines.
