HOURS OF WORK: 20 hours per week (Monday – Thursday)
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Facilitate service to the public regarding various zoning permits, and other general inquiries.Provide clerical support to the zoning enforcement officer.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma. Two years' experience in a clerical/secretarial position. Excellent administrative, secretarial and organizational skills. Excellent communication and computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to read and understand land use regulations, maps, plans and drawings, and be able to explain them to the public.
