Champion Home Builder, Inc in Mansfield, Texas is seeking a Zone Sales Manager to lead sales of manufactured housing products to wholesalers and developers. This exempt, commission-based role requires visiting retailers, soliciting orders, demonstrating products, and coordinating shipment and payment.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong MS Office skills, previous sales in modular housing, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Previous sales experience in manufactured/modular housing desired.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis.
• Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.
• Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
• Demonstrates products and points out salable features.
• Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.
• Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
• Assists in the process of shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a timely manner.
• Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.

Summary

Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
