Job summary

Champion Home Builders is seeking a Zone Sales Manager to drive manufactured housing product sales to wholesalers and developers within our Texas region. This exempt, field-based role rewards leadership, customer service excellence, and results.

Must have prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a track record in manufactured/modular housing sales. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Previous sales experience in manufactured/modular housing desired
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.
• Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
• Demonstrates products and points out salable features.
• Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.
• Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
• Assists in the process of shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a timely manner.
• Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.
