All Star Elite, LLC is seeking a Zone Manager for the Augusta Mall area. This role oversees multiple stores, drives sales, and ensures top-tier customer service while leading store managers and associates. The position reports to Regional Manager and is based in Augusta, GA.

The Zone Manager will implement sales plans, manage merchandising, coordinate inventory, and control costs to maximize zone profitability. Travel within the zone is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a multi-store management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in retail management systems and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel within the zone as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve zone sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ensure stores deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Execute promotional programs and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Oversee daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure merchandising standards across all stores.
• Coordinate merchandise replenishment and organize stockrooms.
• Address basic IT/register issues and escalate when necessary.
• Lead and coach store managers and associates.
• Foster a positive, high-performance work environment.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Manage zone budgets and financial performance.
• Monitor expenditures and implement cost-control measures.
• Prepare for inventories and ensure accuracy.
