Paradies Lagardère in the United States is seeking a Zone Manager to partner with the General Manager in operating store(s) through leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring associates to deliver a first-class customer service experience and effective in-store execution.

Qualifications

• Put the customer first at all times (internal and external).
• Be a best in first class service role model and champion by providing on the job training & guidance to sales associates consistent with company practices.
• Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Record Check and Paradies Lagardère Background Check.
• POS and Computer work, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), long standing periods, climbing, bending.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
