Job summary

Zovance Tech Private Limited is seeking a Technical Consultant for an on-site role in Salem. You will work with clients to analyze requirements, configure Zoho applications, and design automated, optimized workflows across CRM, accounting, and cloud tools.

Responsibilities include process analysis, technical support, issue resolution, product demos, data migration, and creating training materials. Collaboration with sales and project teams ensures solutions align with client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in consulting and engaging stakeholders to gather requirements and propose configurations.
• Hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for cloud apps, CRMs, and integrations.
• Exposure to sales or pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and client-facing communication.
• Familiarity with Zoho products (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator) or similar SaaS platforms.
• Ability to document workflows, create user guides, and deliver user training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
• Ability to work on-site in Salem and manage multiple client engagements.
