Job summary

Arizona Zipline Adventures is hiring adventure guides for full-time and part-time positions. You will orient guests with gear and policies, guide the Zipline EcoTour sharing local history and ecology, and maintain equipment and the course.

The role may require long days and physical activity, with weekend availability Thursday–Sunday. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, a willingness to learn, and are 18+ with a current First Aid/ CPR or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Weekend availability Thursday-Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Orient guests with zipline gear, policies, and procedures.
• Guide guests through the Zipline EcoTour with information on history and ecology.
• Maintain gear, equipment, zipline course, and property.
• Work long days up to 11 hrs.
• Assist with general projects around the property.

Job description

We are currently accepting applications for Full and Part-Time Adventure Guides [8-40hr/wk position]

Adventure Guide job duties include but are not limited to:

• Orienting guests with zipline gear, policies, and procedures.
• Guiding guests through the Zipline EcoTour by providing information on the history and ecology of the area in a fun, engaging manner.
• Maintaining the gear, equipment, zipline course, and general property.
• Working long days (can be up to 11hrs/ day).
• Assisting with general projects around the property.

Ideal candidates will have/be:

• Weekend availability (Thursday-Sunday)
• Experience working in customer service
• An open mind and willingness to learn new skills
• Physically fit: capable of hiking, climbing a 50 ft. pole, lifting and carrying items 50+ pounds
• Current First Aid/ CPR Certifications or willingness to obtain these
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Hourly position, tip eligible.
