Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a seasoned Zero Trust Program Manager to design, implement, and maintain multi-disciplinary IT programs supporting corporate strategy. You will mentor and supervise team members while applying extensive technical expertise to develop innovative solutions and protect national security.

The role requires strong leadership, DoD deployment experience, and a deep understanding of Zero Trust principles, with eligibility for Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical IT or Cybersecurity Project Manager.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale DoD network deployments.
• 5+ years of experience with leading teams, including managing resources and deliverables, overseeing the day-to-day tasks of the team and developing project schedules.
• Experience capturing technical and operational capabilities and translating it into clear, compliant proposals and deliverables.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy.
• Apply advanced advising skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Work without considerable direction and mentor staff.
