Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a network operations lead to manage the Zero Trust deployment for DoD networks. You will oversee O&M, interface with SASE, SD-WAN, and security technologies, and coordinate with SMEs, vendors, and government leads to monitor and resolve incidents.

Ideal candidates bring Tier II/III troubleshooting experience, multi-vendor firewall expertise, and a solid understanding of Zero Trust principles, with a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with routing and switching protocols (BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, MPLS, LDP, RSVP, VPLS, L3VPNs).
• Tier II/III network troubleshooting experience.
• Multivendor equipment deployment/troubleshooting (Cisco/Juniper).
• Experience with classified networks.
• Network management and monitoring experience.
• Experience implementing and managing multi-vendor firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, Versa).
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles.
• Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and maintenance of a Zero Trust deployment within the DoD.
• Interface with SASE, SD-WAN, application security, and cyber operations technologies.
• Coordinate with SMEs, vendors, government leads, Booz Allen colleagues to monitor and resolve network incidents.
• Brief senior leadership on current and resolved incidents.
