Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a seasoned ZT Enterprise Architect to design and implement secure, scalable network architectures for DoD and federal environments. You will lead Zero Trust initiatives, collaborate with SMEs and vendors, and guide the full lifecycle of network systems from planning to maintenance.

You will bring 8+ years in security and network engineering, strong RMF/ATO knowledge, and experience with multivendor platforms. Travel up to 25% and TS/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in network engineering and cybersecurity within DoD or federal environments.
• 2+ years of experience designing, deploying, and supporting network and security architectures, including Zero Trust.
• Experience architecting and implementing Zero Trust solutions aligned with DoD Zero Trust strategy and target-level frameworks.
• Experience documenting complex architectures, supporting defense programs, and delivering secure, scalable solutions.
• Experience in Identity and Access Management, micro-segmentation, endpoint security, and secure network or cloud architecture.
• Experience working within classified environments.
• Knowledge of DoD security standards, RMF or ATO processes, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• TS/SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives and requirements into robust network and security solutions.
• Support full lifecycle of network systems: planning, acquisition, design, installation, configuration, testing and maintenance.
• Lead the design, integration, and operationalization of Zero Trust architectures for DoD environments.
• Document complex architectures and support defense programs with secure, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet evolving operational and security needs.
