Job summary

DTCC in Jersey City, NJ is seeking an experienced Zero Trust & Network Security Manager to lead engineering, operations, and continuous enhancement of DTCC's Zero Trust and network security platforms, including Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange and Akamai WAF. This role requires 10+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on experience in ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, and cloud security controls across Entra ID, Azure, and AWS.

• Minimum 10 years hands-on Cybersecurity related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering, operations, and continuous optimization of DTCC's Zero Trust and Network Security platforms, including Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange and Akamai security solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) services, ensuring platform stability, performance, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Zscaler and network security platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and operational support for Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and associated Zero Trust access services.
• Evaluate security architecture, identify opportunities for improvement, and align security capabilities with DTCC's Zero Trust strategy and evolving business requirements.
• Lead operational support and continuous improvement activities for Network Security technologies, including Akamai WAF, DDoS protection, IDS/IPS, DNS security, and related security controls.
• Partner with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Network teams to strengthen enterprise security posture and operational resilience.
• Drive platform lifecycle management, governance, process automation, and service reliability across Zero Trust and Network Security technologies.
