Job summary

DTCC in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Zero Trust & Network Security Manager to lead engineering, operations, and continuous enhancement of our Zero Trust and network security platforms, including Zscaler and Akamai solutions.

This senior role requires deep expertise across Identity, Device, Network, Application and Data security, strong leadership, and the ability to drive security programs in a complex financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Deep expertise in zero trust, network security, and cloud security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, operations, and optimization of DTCC's Zero Trust and Network Security platforms, including Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange and Akamai security solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) services, ensuring platform stability, performance, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Zscaler and network security platforms.
• Manage and enhance security capabilities including DLP, CASB, SSPM, Advanced Threat Protection, Browser Isolation, Sandboxing, SIPA, NSS, and Secure Web Gateway services.
• Provide technical leadership and operational support for Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and associated Zero Trust access services.
• Evaluate security architecture, identify opportunities for improvement, and align security capabilities with DTCC's Zero Trust strategy and evolving business requirements.
• Lead operational support and continuous improvement activities for Network Security technologies, including Akamai WAF, DDoS protection, IDS/IPS, DNS security, and related security controls.
• Partner with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Network teams to strengthen enterprise security posture and operational resilience.
• Drive platform lifecycle management, governance, process automation, and service reliability across Zero Trust and Network Security technologies.
