Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Systems Development Engineer to build automation software, diagnostic tooling, and fleet health infrastructure for our AI/ML accelerator servers. You will own your team's systems, decompose complex problems, and deliver scalable code across hardware, software, and OS layers in a high-availability cloud environment.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to drive zero-touch operations, build monitoring and diagnostic tools, and contribute to server hardware

Qualifications

• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 1+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby.

Responsibilities

• Build and own automation infrastructure for the accelerator compute server fleet.
• Design predictive failure detection systems using telemetry and log data.
• Develop monitoring tools, dashboards and alerting for fleet health.
• Define fleet health metrics and improve zero-touch operations.
