Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is hiring a Manufacturing Test Engineer to own the end‑to‑end test ecosystem for AI server hardware, spanning board‑level validation through full rack integration. You’ll build production test software, automate workflows, and drive self‑remedy across the production line.

You will collaborate with hardware, firmware, and operations teams to ensure scalable, high‑quality manufacturing and reliable throughput in a dynamic data‑center infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 2+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience.
• 3+ years designing or architecting new and existing systems.
• 3+ years of networking, storage, and operating systems experience.
• 3+ years contributing to test systems architecture in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and support the test ecosystem across board‑level to full rack integration.
• Develop production test software and automation frameworks using Python, Bash, and related tooling.
• Drive automation and self‑remedy to reduce manual intervention and uplift throughput.
• Define modular test strategies with pass/fail limits and SPC controls.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, process engineering, quality, and operations.
