Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a Zapier Automation & Integration Developer to start immediately. You will build and integrate workflows across multiple companies using Zapier, Make/n8n, APIs, and webhooks. You will also create AI bots to centralize tools and information for efficient communication.

The role requires debugging, documentation, and strong API/JSON/Git skills, with a 100% remote setup. Expect to work 40 hours/week, with EST business hours and a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a portfolio, code samples, or demonstrated technical work relevant to automation and integration.
• Strong skills with Zapier, Make/n8n, REST APIs, Git, and JSON.
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and document processes and systems.
• Familiarity with version control, testing, security, and software delivery practices.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for multi-business contexts.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate workflows across companies using Zapier, Make/n8n, APIs, and webhooks.
• Develop AI bots to centralize tools and information for efficient communication.
• Map processes, set up triggers/actions, paths, and data transformations.
• Securely integrate various SaaS platforms, manage credentials, validation, and error handling.
• Test workflows, monitor for failures, manage versions via Git, and document support procedures.
• Build, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain relevant software and systems.
• Clarify technical constraints and priorities before building out solutions.
