Qualifications
5-7 years of experience working in Mainframe (z/OS) environments.
Hands-on experience installing, upgrading, and customizing ISV tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in L3 support environments.
Familiarity with DR processes, system monitoring, and hardware configuration.
Ability to work in rotational 24x7 on-call support.
Responsibilities
Install, upgrade, and customize IBM and ISV tools across z/OS mainframe systems.
Provide usage support to Application Development, Infrastructure, IT Operations, and Production Support teams.
Participate in 24x7 rotational on-call support for incident resolution and system availability.
Actively participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises and maintain DR readiness.
Monitor system status to proactively prevent issues and maintain hardware configurations.
Support incident and problem management processes for escalated issues.
