Qualifications

• Platform-native fluency on YouTube Shorts and ability to translate platform trends into content.
• Proven track record producing vertical content that performs for brands, creators, or agencies.
• Direct experience filming and directing short-form content.
• Experience collaborating with talent, creators, or celebrities.

Responsibilities

• Generate and pitch high-impact creative concepts for YouTube Shorts on a continuous basis.
• Lead a team of creatives and direct a dedicated writers room.
• Own the full creative lifecycle from brainstorming through post-mortem content evaluations.
• Direct and film short-form vertical content hands-on.
• Manage high-volume production schedules without sacrificing creative quality.
• Collaborate with the Social Analytics Lead to translate platform intelligence into executable creative.
