Beast Industries seeks a YouTube Shorts Creative Lead to own the brand's vertical video voice and output. You will guide a writers room and lead a team of creatives in ideation, scripting, and execution of high-volume Shorts content that feels native to the platform and unmistakably MrBeast.

You will oversee the full creative lifecycle from concept through post‑mortem analysis, directing hands-on shoots and collaborating with analytics to sharpen performance.

Qualifications

• Platform-native fluency on YouTube Shorts.
• Proven track record producing vertical content.
• Direct experience filming/directing short-form content.
• Experience collaborating with prominent talent or celebrities.

Responsibilities

• Generate and pitch high-impact YouTube Shorts concepts.
• Lead a team of creatives and direct a writers room.
• Own full creative lifecycle from brainstorming to post-mortem.
• Direct and film short-form vertical content hands-on.
• Manage high-volume production schedules while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with Social Analytics Lead to translate insights into ideas.
• Stay current with YouTube Shorts trends and formats.
• Understand the MrBeast brand voice and style.
• Participate in regular creative reviews and postmortems.
• Work cross-functionally with creative, production, and social teams.
