MrBeast is seeking a YouTube Shorts Creative Lead to own the brand’s voice on Shorts. You will oversee ideation, guide a team of writers and creatives, and drive high-volume, audience-first short-form content that feels native to the platform.

You will shape the creative output from brainstorms to post-mortem evaluations, collaborating with analytics and production teams to stay ahead of trends and deliver world-class, scalable concepts.

Qualifications

• Must show fluency with YouTube Shorts and native understanding of vertical formats.

Responsibilities

• Generate and pitch high-impact creative concepts for YouTube Shorts.
• Lead a team of creatives and direct a writers room.
• Own the full creative lifecycle from brainstorming through post-mortem evaluations.
• Direct and film short-form vertical content hands-on.
• Manage production schedules while keeping creative quality.
• Translate platform insights into executable creative with the analytics team.
• Stay current with Shorts trends and platform shifts.
• Develop a deep understanding of the MrBeast brand aesthetics.
• Participate in creative reviews and post-mortem analysis.
• Collaborate across creative, production, and social teams to execute concepts.
