You will shape platform culture, pitch bold concepts, and work closely with analytics to translate trends into scalable ideas. A strong track record in vertical video and collaboration with talent is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record producing vertical content that performs on YouTube Shorts.
• Experience directing short-form videos and leading a writers room or team.

Responsibilities

• Generate and pitch high-impact YouTube Shorts concepts on a continuous basis.
• Lead a team of creatives and direct a dedicated writers room.
• Own the full creative lifecycle from brainstorming through post-mortem evaluations.
• Direct and film short-form vertical content hands-on.
• Manage high-volume production schedules without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate with analytics to translate platform insights into ideas.
