Position Overview

We are looking for a Youtube Manager with a strong content background and a natural flair for team management. This role focuses more on managing workflows, quality assurance, and team coordination (70%), while still involving creative input in content refinement and direction (30%).

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a strategic content leadership role, with exposure to AI tools and a collaborative production process.

Key Responsibilities

Content Management & Quality Oversight (70%)

Oversee the entire YouTube content pipeline—from script creation to final video.

Review AI-edited or editor-prepared videos for consistency, engagement, and brand alignment.

Provide structured and constructive feedback to editors to improve output quality.

Ensure adherence to timelines, brand tone, and YouTube best practices.

Coordinate with writers, editors, and other team members to ensure streamlined production workflows.

Troubleshoot quality issues and propose process improvements proactively.

Creative Supervision & Script Refinement (30%)

Supervise and guide AI-assisted scriptwriting by reviewing and editing 1–2 scripts weekly.

Ensure scripts are optimized for engagement, hooks, and YouTube SEO.

Assist in developing content topics with strategic intent and audience appeal.

Ensure final scripts reflect a cohesive tone and content structure.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in content writing or YouTube scriptwriting.

Exceptional English writing and editing skills (portfolio required).

Basic understanding of YouTube content strategy and AI tools (training provided).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Must own a laptop/PC and have a stable internet connection (30+ Mbps).

Demonstrated ability to manage people, processes, and timelines.
